The Pickleball Club’s year of operation is from January 1st to December 31st. Annual dues are $26.00 per person. By return of the information below, I/we certify that I/we have read the By-Laws and Rules and Regulation for the Sun City Center Pickleball club and agree to abide with them and any other policies and procedures directed by the Board of the Pickleball Club, as posted on the Club's bulleting board.

All applicants must show CA member ship cards to a member of the Pickleball Club Board of Directors before submitting an application. Ask a Board Member to initial or sign below and then mail or give completed application and your check to Chris Jacobs, Treasurer, 1115 Opal Lane, Sun City Center Ctr, FL 33573
